This is Day 23 of the 30-Day Journaling Challenge! Here’s today’s 10-minute journaling exercise. I’ll give you brief instructions and a writing prompt, and let you know when ten minutes are up. Your job is to write continuously for ten minutes.

So grab your pen and notebook, get comfortable, and let’s write together!

Today’s prompt: Write about the small, ordinary things you feel grateful for.
