It’s time now Day 25 of the 30-Day Journaling Challenge! Here’s your 10-minute journaling exercise for today. I’ll give you brief instructions and a writing prompt, and let you know when ten minutes are up. Your job is to write continuously for ten minutes.

So grab your pen and notebook, get comfortable, and let’s write together!
