You made it! Today is Day 30, the last day of the 30-Day Journaling Challenge! Whether you did 30 days of writing in a row, or it took you a while, take a moment to be proud of what you’ve done. I hope you’ve enjoyed the process!
Where do we go from here? Now that you’ve established a habit, keep writing! Although I won’t be posting daily exercises anymore, I do plan to keep supporting you, with occasional episodes with writing exercises, prompts, and inspiration. So please stay tuned!
Here’s your final 10-minute journaling exercise of this challenge. I’ll give you brief instructions and a writing prompt, and let you know when ten minutes are up. Your job is to write continuously for ten minutes.
So grab your pen and notebook, get comfortable, and let’s write together!
Today’s prompt: Reflect back on the 30 days of journaling you’ve done. Write about the challengs, this new habit, any insights you’ve gained, and your plan for journaling beyond the challenge.
