Writing Prompt: Self-Acceptance
With today's journaling prompt, we are taking a peek into the dark side, by looking at some elements of ourselves that we don't exactly love.
Sometimes awareness of our limitations can help to accept ourselves more fully, and liberate us from the pressure to be perfect. Instead of avoiding our denying our faults and limitations, letβs make some room for them. These struggles make us human, after all!
ποΈπ What are some of your limitations, imperfections, weaknesses? What disappointments do you have in yourself?
ποΈπ What limitations or mistakes do you need to forgive yourself for (perhaps on an ongoing basis)?
